Hydrocephalus in Boston Terrier?

Is hydrocephalus, or “water on the brain,” common in the Boston Terrier Breed?

My BT is quite crazy, but I noticed when he was a baby that he had sort of a round head…not super round, but round, and his eyes look opposite directions and protrude from his head. He also had somewhat of a soft spot on top of his head, and now (he is 1) you can feel sort of a groove or indention where the soft spot was.

My little guy can go completely crazy sometimes, and he wont respond to any commands when he is having his crazy fits.

He still has little accidents for no reason; I will take him out, but like an hour later he will pee just a little bit on the floor and look really confused…

Is this just the breed, or does my little guy have minor hydrocephalus?

How about you take him in to your vet for an exam? That would be the appropriate course of action when you suspect a medical issue of some sort. He does not sound like a normal healthy Boston Terrier.

Any pup can be born hydrocephalic.
It’ s slightly more common in some breeds.
It is easily diagnosed by COMPETENT breeders & the pup is immediately euthanized.
    Hydrocephalus HURTS besides causing retardation,seizures,blindness,etc.
