Are Boston Terriers Suited to a Home With Kids?

My friend wanted to buy a Boston Terrier but she is worried that it might not be good for her children. Would it be ideal to have a Boston Terrier when you have children around? She’s also wondering if the Boston Terrier is suited to an indoor lifestyle.

Boston Terriers love to have people around him. It would ideally suit a home where there is somebody constantly with it. A home with children is ideal because this breed thrives in a family household. The kids will definitely give Boston Terriers plenty of attention. As this breed is so small and they do not need a great deal of exercise, they can be kept in an apartment.

    It depends,if its an older dog,if it was raised around children or used to children then it should be fine.
    If its a puppy,you can socialize them with children.

    Yes they can be good around kids but remember they are terriers and at some point may display typical terrier traits. If the dog is trained and the kids are taught to respect the dog then there shouldnt be a problem. Bostons will need daily walks so if your friend doesnt want to walk it then I suggest a stuffed dog as ALL breeds needs daily exercise
