I’m thinking of getting a dog and have narrowed it down to either a french bulldog or a boston terrier. From what i’ve read it looks like the boston terriers are a little more active than the french bulldogs, and the french bulldogs have more of a watch dog potential. Can anyone tell me any other information please? thank you
From what I know Bostons are much more active and generally better with children than Frenchies. Both need a lot of attention, and are definitely not "outside dogs." Short muzzles make them more likely to have respiratory problems. Finding a GOOD breeder who screens for genetic disease is very important in selecting a French Bulldog or Boston puppy.
